Set up email accounts

The Email section manages mailboxes and forwarders for your domains.

Create a mailbox

  1. Go to Email → Create account.
  2. Enter the address (you@yourdomain.com) and a strong password; set a mailbox size quota if offered.
  3. Save. The mailbox is ready immediately.

Forwarders

Create a forwarder to send mail from one address to another (e.g. sales@yourdomain.com → your personal inbox) without a full mailbox.

Reset a password

Select a mailbox → Change password. Existing devices will need the new password.

Read your mail

  • Webmail: open the webmail link your provider shows (e.g. Roundcube) and sign in with the full email address and password.
  • Mail client (Outlook/Apple Mail/Thunderbird):
    • IMAP incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993 (SSL)
    • SMTP outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 (SSL) — authentication required
    • Username: the full email address

Deliverability (so mail reaches inboxes)

Make sure your domain has SPF, DKIM, and a DMARC record. If your provider manages your DNS here, these are usually added for you — check the DNS section and add any that are missing. Without them, your mail is likely to land in spam.
