Create hosting packages
A package is a plan you sell. It sets the limits and price every customer on that plan gets, and it drives the caps shown in their tenant portal.
Create a package
- Open Hosting Packages → Create package.
- Set the limits:
- Disk (storage quota)
- Databases and websites allowed
- Bandwidth per period
- Email accounts (if applicable)
- CPU / memory caps (resource governance)
- Set the price and billing cycle (monthly/annual) and an optional marketing blurb.
- Mark one plan featured to highlight it on your storefront.
- Save.
Edit limits later
Editing a package updates the caps for everyone on it. Resource limits re-apply to each customer automatically, so you can raise or tighten plans without touching each account.
Use packages everywhere
- Your storefront lists packages as buy-able plans.
- When you create a customer, you assign a package.
- Invoices bill the package price.
Price near your real floor — marginal cost per account is low, so a clear good/better/best ladder (with the security/pro features bundled into your middle tier) usually converts best.
