Connect payment gateways
Connect a payment gateway so your customers can pay online and paid plans activate automatically.
Connect a gateway
- Open Payment Gateways.
- Choose a provider and enter its API keys / credentials (from the provider’s dashboard). Use test credentials first if you want to trial the flow.
- Set your currency and enable the gateway.
- Publish it so it appears at checkout.
Keys are stored encrypted. Keep them secret — anyone with them can take payments as you.
What customers see
- On an invoice, a Pay button opens the gateway’s secure checkout.
- On your storefront signup, paid plans show Pay with … and, on success, the account auto-provisions.
Test before going live
Run one real end-to-end payment (a small amount, or test mode) and confirm:
- The invoice flips to paid.
- The account provisions / activates.
- You receive the payout in the provider’s dashboard.
Picking a provider: if you’re outside the US/EU, prefer a merchant-of-record gateway (it handles tax/compliance) over a direct card processor. Match the gateway to the countries your customers pay from.
