Multi-tenancy & reseller
Turn one server into a hosting business: isolated customer accounts, plans, billing, and a storefront. (For the step-by-step reseller workflow, see the Reseller guides.)
Tenants
Tenants are isolated customer accounts, each with its own tenant portal.
- Create a tenant, assign a package, optionally create their first website.
- Suspend / unsuspend, change package, reset password.
- Set per-tenant overrides for limits.
Hosting packages
Hosting Packages (and Packages) define the plans you sell — disk, databases, bandwidth, CPU/memory caps, price, and cycle. Editing a plan re-applies limits to everyone on it. Details: Create hosting packages.
Billing
Billing generates and tracks invoices (paid/due/overdue), supports manual invoices, and handles renewals. See Billing & invoices.
Payment gateways
Payment Gateways connect online payment providers so customers pay invoices and paid signups auto-provision. See Connect payment gateways.
Storefront
Storefront is your branded public site (themes, pages, blog, KB, signup). See Build your storefront.
Reseller overview
Reseller Overview is the dashboard summarizing your customers, revenue, and activity — your business at a glance.
Thinking about giving tenants advanced, code-running features safely? That’s gated behind per-tenant isolation and dedicated-VM packages — see the roadmap plan before enabling.
