Claim your account & $100 founding-user credit
When you install OrbixPanel, it registers with Orbix Cloud and starts a free 30-day trial. Claiming your account turns that into a real Orbix Cloud login and releases your credits — including the $100 founding-user bonus for the first 100 installs.
1. Install OrbixPanel
On a fresh server:
bash <(curl -fsSL https://orbixpanel.com/install.sh)When it finishes it prints a claim link and your license key
(OBX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), and notes how many founding-user slots are left.
2. Get your verification code
Orbix Cloud emails a 6-digit verification code to the admin email you used during install. Check your inbox (and spam). It expires in 30 minutes — you can request a new one from the claim page.
3. Claim at orbixpanel.com/claim
Go to orbixpanel.com/claim and enter:
- your admin email
- your license key (
OBX-…) - the 6-digit code
Set a password — that’s your Orbix Cloud login.
4. Your credits
On a successful claim you receive:
- $10 welcome credit
- $100 founding-user credit — if you’re within the first 100 installs
Your install then appears in your Orbix Cloud dashboard. Credits apply toward paid editions — see the edition comparison to pick a plan.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| No verification email | Check spam; use “resend code” on the claim page |
| Lost your license key | It’s shown in the panel under licensing, or in the install output |
| Code expired | Request a new one from the claim page (valid 30 min) |
| “Founding slots left: 0” | The first-100 bonus is gone, but the $10 welcome credit and trial still apply |
